WHAT MAKES YOU A STAND OUT You’re equal parts strategist, storyteller, and technologist. You can move comfortably from executive conversations to technical narratives, from launch planning to live evangelism, and from market insight to field execution. Our ideal candidate brings: - 15-20+ years of experience spanning technology, product, and market-facing roles, with strong exposure to data management and AI/ML. - Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence without authority and work effectively with senior stakeholders. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging internal leaders, external stakeholders, and public audiences. - Excellent writing skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling presentations and plans. - A track record of working on complex data solutions and demonstrating architectural or technical leadership. - An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret information and turn it into actionable insight. - Strong understanding of both the technical foundations and business value of modern data technologies, across on-premises and cloud environments. - Experience with database products. - A BS/BA or equivalent practical experience. - A proven history of partnering with field GTM teams—across marketing, sales, and solution engineering—to create high-impact content and messaging that connects with diverse personas, from technical practitioners to C-level executives like the CMO, CFO, and CRO. - Deep insight into the unique technological landscape and market dynamics across the ASEAN region. - Professional fluency in regional languages including Bahasa, Mandarin, Cantonese or Thai is strongly advantageous, complementing English proficiency.
