AJOS: Automated Job Opportunity Seeker

AJOS is a free tool that looks for jobs in Malaysia and Singapore so you don’t have to. Instead of opening a dozen career sites, job portals and browser tabs, on your phone one day and your laptop the next, you search once, here.

AJOS is not a job board. We don’t post jobs, take applications or sit between you and the employer. We go and find the openings, show you the full ad, and send you straight to the employer’s own page to apply.

Where the jobs come from

Employers. Every day AJOS reads the career sites of thousands of companies hiring in Malaysia and Singapore (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Oracle Cloud, Workable, BambooHR, Breezy HR, Recruitee, Personio and Teamtailor) and the government portals MYFutureJobs and MyCareersFuture. Anything older than 90 days, or already closed, is dropped. These results are instant and refreshed every 24 hours.

Job boards. JobStreet, Hiredly and a set of remote-job boards are searched on the spot for your keyword. Those results are fetched when you ask, never stored, and limited to a few searches every ten minutes so the boards are not overloaded.

Searching

One search box and one location field (any city or state in Malaysia or Singapore, or remote), with filters for date posted, workplace, commitment, experience, salary, region and source. Every job opens with its full ad, a map link for the office, and a page of its own you can share. No account is needed to search, filter or apply.

What a free account adds

  • A tracker that follows each application through Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected, Ghosted or Withdrawn, with a next step and due date, notes and a dated history for every job. Download it all as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
  • “Did you apply?” When you come back from an employer’s page, AJOS asks, and Yes moves the job to Applied.
  • Your skill match. With skills on your profile, every job shows the skills you have and the ones you are missing. It is a plain comparison against a skills list, not AI.

Without an account, the jobs you open (Recently viewed) and the jobs you hide are still remembered on your device. See them on the Tracker page.

Keeping it honest

Report ghost jobs, agency posts, misleading details or scams from any job. Hide jobs you never want to see again. AJOS has no ads, sells nothing and does not share your data with employers or recruiters.
