Warehouse Assistant

About Us: At Allpress Espresso, we believe great coffee starts with great people. For more than 35 years, our team of espresso specialists has roasted and served exceptional coffee across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Japan and Singapore. We've built our reputation on quality coffee, genuine partnerships and strong community connections. About the role: We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore team — someone who's hands-on with equipment, comfortable on the road, and genuinely enjoys talking coffee with customers. You'll be responsible for: • Managing stock levels and packing customer orders accurately and on time • Handling deliveries • Supporting the team as needed — warehouse duties, event support, and admin • Getting hands-on with espresso machinery — La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig, and others — from setup to troubleshooting • Carrying out onsite service visits for customers across Singapore Deliveries are also a chance to build relationships — whether that's a quick chat about our coffee or checking in on how a customer's café is running. We work closely with our equipment manufacturers and suppliers, so you'll get regular, up-to-date training on new machines and products as they come through. About you: You love coffee, enjoy talking to people, and have a sharp eye for detail. Experience in a café or the wider F&B industry is a strong plus. You'll need: • Experience working with tools and machinery (electrical and hydraulics) • A valid driver's licence • Strong organisation and timekeeping • A calm, level-headed approach under pressure • Coffee-making experience and/or a coffee industry background (great to have, not essential) Working at Allpress: Perks include but not limited to - as much free coffee as you like while at work, plus a free, confidential Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing allowances and private outpatient health insurance. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Allpress: At Allpress, we know that diverse teams create stronger businesses. We welcome applications from people of all genders, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We are committed to: • Building an inclusive team and community that represent all groups in society. • Empowering our people to continuously improve the way we work and promote equity. • Removing barriers and the influence of bias. • Creating a safe environment where we're encouraged to speak out against discrimination in any form. • Cultivating a sense of belonging by encouraging our people to fearlessly bring their whole selves to work. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
