Responsibilities • Client Portfolio Development: Proactively expand your client base within the environmental commodities sector. • Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and face-to-face meetings to identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients. • Trade Execution: Efficiently execute trades in various environmental commodities, ensuring precise and timely transactions that meet client needs. • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions to address their specific environmental compliance and sustainability needs. About you • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field. • Experience: 1-2+ years in commodity trading, B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably within commodities, energy markets, or environmental sectors. • Sales Acumen: Natural ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships. • Proactive & Resilient: Self-driven and comfortable with cold calling and outreach to potential clients, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; any additional Asian language skills (Chinese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are a strong advantage. • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and stay focused in a high-performance, ever-changing market. • Eligibility: Singaporean nationality is required. What we offer • Competitive Remuneration: Attractive base salary with performance-based bonuses that reward achievement of sales and profit targets. • Growth & Career Development: A meritocratic environment where you can grow your career, with opportunities for advancement as the business expands. • Recognition & Incentives: Celebrate your successes with team awards, company events, and performance bonuses. If we have just described your profile, don't miss out on this opportunity. The recruitment process is as follows*: • Submit your application with your CV and cover letter (optionally); • We will get to know you better through a pre-screening interview with our corporate recruiter; • We will invite you for 1-3 interviews.
