工作范围：
• 计划、和审查与课程框架相一致的教学方法、学习活动和日常护理实践。
• 根据课程和教学框架，引导孩子乐意学习。
• 定制课堂管理策略。
• 使用适合儿童发展的学习材料和资源，设计高质量的学习环境。
• 按照标准, 审查健康、安全和卫生实践。
• 观察和记录儿童的学习和发展，审查并提升教学方法。
• 根据中心的政策与同事建立融洽的关系，培养合作精神。
• 与家长合作，关注孩子的发展和提升孩子的学习兴趣。
• 根据幼教中心的愿景、使命和价值观，共同开发有效的教学方法。
• 改善专业发展和服务质量，不断提升幼教中心的素质。
技能需求：
• 良好的行为管理和课堂管理技能。
• 熟悉学前教育（NEL）框架和新加坡学前教育认证框架（SPARK）。
• 良好的社交技能。
• 有效的沟通技巧。
• 正直和积极的态度。
• 能够独立工作。
• 能随时适应职场变化。
• 能操作Office 365
学历：
• 至少拥有幼儿保育教育文凭
• ECDA 认证的L1/L2学前教育者。
工作经验:
• 至少有1 年幼儿教育经验者为优先。
