Inside Sales Manager - APAC

This is a dual-mandate sales role with real commercial ownership — and the person who thrives here will be as comfortable hunting new logo opportunities in the long-tail market as they are driving expansion across an existing account portfolio. As Inside Sales Manager for APAC, you'll own the full sales cycle for Duetto's Silver accounts and long-tail prospects across the region, ensuring systematic coverage of accounts that field reps can't dedicate enough time to — and closing the deals that add up to meaningful ARR. If you're a target-driven, hunter-mentality sales professional with a feel for hospitality technology, this is your opportunity to own a segment and make it perform. What Makes Us Different? Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about. What You'll Be Doing • You'll own the expansion pipeline across assigned Silver accounts — driving adoption of Advance, GameTime, and HotStats through structured outreach, upsell conversations, and cross-sell campaigns in close coordination with the BDR and CSM teams. • You'll identify and close new logo opportunities in the long-tail market segment (properties under 150 rooms) — managing the full sales cycle from qualification through proposal to close, with independent pricing authority up to the market threshold. • You'll coordinate structured outreach campaigns across calls, email, and social with the BDR team, and work with Marketing on timely follow-up of inbound leads to maximise conversion from interest to opportunity. • You'll partner with field Sales to align territory and account strategy — ensuring clean coverage, avoiding overlap, and freeing Directors of Sales to focus on larger strategic opportunities while you own the long-tail and Silver segment. • You'll maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasting in Salesforce, keeping full pipeline visibility across the team and leadership at all times. • You'll use AI tools to accelerate prospect profiling, analysis, and outreach — applying your relationship-building instincts and deal judgment where AI can't, and staying sharp on the human edge that closes deals in a consultative hospitality tech sale. What We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you have: • 2–3 years of experience in SaaS inside sales or business development • A hunter mentality — you're driven by hitting targets, energised by pipeline building, and comfortable owning a full sales cycle independently • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — you're comfortable engaging hotel owners, GMs, and Revenue Managers at all levels • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms • The right to work in Singapore or Thailand Strong candidates may also have: • Prior experience selling into hospitality technology or revenue management solutions • Familiarity with the APAC hospitality market — hotel ownership structures, buying dynamics, and key segments across the region • Experience coordinating with BDR, CSM, and Marketing teams in a cross-functional inside sales motion Why Duetto? • Real commercial ownership. You'll have independent pricing authority, a dual mandate across new logo and expansion, and clear CARR targets — the accountability is genuine and so is the opportunity to make a visible impact. • A segment that's ready. Long-tail and Silver accounts are underserved by field reps — there's real pipeline to build and real deals to close for the right person who shows up with energy and discipline. • AI accelerates your edge. You'll use AI tools for prospect profiling and outreach groundwork — freeing your time for the relationship-building and deal judgment that closes business in a consultative sale. • A product worth selling. The #1 RMS in hospitality tech, trusted globally — when you call a Revenue Manager or GM, you're leading with a platform they've heard of and a category that matters to their business.
