We are looking for a Legal Operations Executive to keep our legal team running smoothly — contracts, vendor spend, billing, and the systems behind them. You’ll get broad exposure to how a global in-house legal function runs across time zones. The role reports to the Head of Legal Operations.   Responsibilities: • Contracts . Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, so that contracts are issued, recorded and easy to retrieve for the legal team and stakeholders across the business. • Budget and billing . Oversee payment requests and invoice review, work with Finance to resolve billing issues, and support budget tracking and forecasting. • Vendors . Manage vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration, and enforce our External Legal Counsel Guidelines with law firms. • Systems . Manage the relationship with our matter management and e-signature platform vendors, and oversee integrations and configurations, such as approval workflows. Help colleagues get more out of the tools. • Process improvement and automation . Identify manual processes, design more efficient ways of working, and drive automation through to delivery. • Documentation . Keep process documentation up to date. Requirements: • 5+ years in legal operations or a related role (e.g. legal finance, contract management, in-house legal support). • Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately. • Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets. • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage. • Sound judgement with confidential material. • Comfortable making decisions and escalating only what needs escalating. Nice to have: • Experience administering or implementing a matter management, contract management or e-billing platform. • Scripting skills, or experience working with engineers on automation (e.g. Python, APIs, low-code tools). • Project or change management experience. • Experience in a regulated industry, ideally fintech or crypto.
