This is a regional role supporting Singapore and Hong Kong with frequent travels (at least 1 week each month). The work spans new partnerships and ongoing management of existing relationships. Essentials to Succeed • Minimally 5 years of working experience with minimally 2-3 years building or managing channel partnerships in merchant acquiring, alternative payments, payment terminals, POS or kiosk ecosystems, or a related merchant-focused business. • Commercial judgment to prioritize partner opportunities, design partnership models and negotiate deals around measurable outcomes. • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture growth opportunities and hands-on execution • Experience coordinating integrations and managing stakeholders through partnership launch. • A resilient problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and is not deterred by setbacks • Highly motivated to contribute to building and scaling a successful business in a startup environment • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities with precision • Passionate about making a meaningful commercial impact across the region • AI Competency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
