Receptionist

Responsibilities: • To handle and manage front desk duties • To attend and provide excellent customer service to all Club members and Guests • To attend phone call enquiries, bookings, etc • To perform club tours • To perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor Requirements: • Minimum ‘O' level and experience hospitality industry is preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage • Proficiency in MS Office • Experienced in handling credit card payments, administrative duties, etc • Team player with a pleasant disposition and service oriented
