6723 - Production Support Engineer (LCD Board)

Production Support Engineer (LCD Board) Location: 5 Bedok South, Yokogawa Building, S(469270) Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm Salary: Basic $3300 to $3700+PB+AWS+Annual Increment Job scope: • Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets. • Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions. • Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts. • Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. • Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity. • Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation. • Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes. • Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
