The Kind of Person Who Will Do Well Here

• Do not wait for problems to become urgent before acting
• Are comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently
• Can balance quality, accuracy, productivity, and deadlines
• Have high standards but remain practical and commercially sensible

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Are receptive to feedback and constantly look for ways to improve
• Are interested in using AI and automation to improve how accounting work is performed
