Site Supervisor

Responsiblities: • Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and progress on site independently • Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to carry out on-site works • Resolve technical and site issues during construction • Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules • Interpret structural drawings, specifications and project requirements • Monitor works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes of practice and scope of work • Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site • Perform other work-related duties as assigned Requirements: • Must possess a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate • Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore construction projects • Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building / Civil Engineering or a related field • Proven ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications independently • Experience leading and managing a team of workers and sub-contractors on site • Familiar with WSH regulations and site safety requirements • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for daily reports and progress tracking • Self-driven, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
