Sales Operations Support

About the Company We are a professional manufacturer of lens cleaning products, including cleaning solutions, lens wipes, and other specialty cleaning products. Our customers include well-known brands across Europe, Asia, and the United States . As part of our international business operations, Prosben Group works across markets and supply chains, providing employees with valuable exposure to cross-functional business operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team. • Perform accurate data entry and updating of sales order information in the ERP system. • Assist and maintain proper filing of sales-related documents . • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Suppliers, and other internal teams to ensure information and documents are communicated accurately and on time. • Support the Sales team in handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational requirements . • Ensure sales documentation and records are complete, accurate, and up to date . What We're Looking For • Minimum Diploma in any field. • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, administration are welcome. • Familiarity with basic sales documents is an advantage. • Basic understanding of international trading is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and documentation skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese , with the ability to read Chinese.
