Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounting / Immediate / Short notice)

Working location: Bendemeer Job Responsibilities • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. • Maintain full set of accounts, including fixed assets management. • Prepare and submit monthly management and financial reports within tight deadlines. • Handle GST quarterly reporting and ensure full regulatory compliance. • Liaise with tax agents to ensure timely corporate tax submissions. • Liaise with internal/ external auditors during financial/ MES audits. • Perform ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA). • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full set accounting. • With MNC background will be an advantage • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and GST/tax regulations. • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). • Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “Apply Now” or submit your resume to ref71@trustrecruit.com.sg We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
