Job Scope As a Restaurant Manager at GYG , you’ll take the lead in running the restaurant day-to-day, while building a strong team and keeping standards high. You’ll be the steady one when things get busy - leading shifts, developing your crew, improving the guest experience and making sure our food, safety and service standards are always on point. You’ll also be involved in: • Leading, coaching and developing the team • Running smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment • Driving great guest experiences and service standards • Managing food safety, quality and restaurant standards • Managing inventory and controlling costs • Monitoring restaurant financials and P&L performance What We’re Looking For Running a GYG restaurant is fast-paced, hands-on and rewarding. We’re looking for someone with the attitude, maturity and energy to lead from the front.
