Project Engineer (Lift Industry)

Job Highlights: • Transport Allowance • Medical & Dental Claim • Variable Bonus • Performance Bonus Job Description: • Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works • Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters. • Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review. • Coordinate and manage activities of the vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met. • Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques. • Gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure the schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectations. Requirements: • Degree in relevant field • 3-4 years experience in the construction industry an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • A team player who works well with all internal and external teams involved in the project. • Candidate possessing own vehicle will be an advantage.
