Assistant Group HR Manager

Job Description: • Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations • Develop HR planning strategies with management to improve HR policies procedures and programs • Manage and recommends employee relationship practices to establish a positive working environment • Develops manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals & forecast staff movement, and maximize resources • Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team as required in order to ensure the provision of HR perspective and expertise • Conduct promotion, annual increment and performance appraisal exercise • Regional experience with some exposure in Malaysia & Indonesia • Provide office administration and office & IT support at Singapore head office • · Perform any other duties, tasks & projects which deem fit and reasonable as and when assigned by Management • Willing and able to travel to regional countries as and when required (after border opens) Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Good knowledge of labour regulation & practices across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia • Resourceful, independent and possesses strong initiative and drive • Good planning and prioritization skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment • Ability to negotiate and solve problems to manage tough situations • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Leadership abilities • Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred • Proficient in Chinese and English - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
