Sales Associate (Retail) Job Description: • Maintaining the tidiness of the counter and ensuring the store is well stocked with products/ marketing materials and product displays. • Demonstrate the unique selling features to potential customers • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on our products that lead to a sale • Building strong rapport with in-store co-workers and managers. • Providing excellent customer service. • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the team's success. • Ad-hoc admin duties and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Manager. Job Requirements • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Sporty and cheerful personality. • Basic Excel skills for daily sales reporting. • Min O level • Able to commit 6 day work week according to the duty roster • Willing to travel to various outlets/events within Singapore when needed • Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
