Rebar Supervisor

Job Summary • Supervise and coordinate reinforcement works and rebar installation to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards on construction sites. Responsibilities • Oversee the installation of reinforcement bars (rebar) according to engineering drawings and project requirements. • Inspect rebar placement and tying to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards. • Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to schedule and sequence reinforcement works efficiently. • Monitor compliance with safety regulations during reinforcement activities to maintain a safe work environment. • Identify and resolve issues related to reinforcement works promptly to avoid project delays. • Maintain accurate records of reinforcement work progress and report to project management. • Train and guide rebar workers to improve workmanship and productivity.
