Training Provided - Sales Coordinator (Admin | Quotation)

• Basic $2,200 - $3,000 + AWS + VB • Working location: Joo Koon • Working Days: Monday - Friday • Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm • TRAINING PROVIDED Job Descriptions: • Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales quotations with customers. • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Issue purchase orders (PO) to vendors and coordinate order processing and delivery timelines. • Prepare delivery orders (DO), proforma invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents. • Coordinate daily delivery and collection arrangements to ensure smooth operations. • Handle general administrative duties, including answering calls, filing, data entry. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Candidates with relevant experience in a similar role will have an advantage. • Training will be provided for those without / with lesser experience.
