Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily QA/QC inspections and monitoring.
• Assist with internal audits, inspections, and documentation (Halal/ FSSC22000)
• Follow up on non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
• Maintain QA records and documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• At least a NITEC/Diploma in any field, preferably in food science or nutrition.
• Able to converse with staff at different levels and vendors in the daily work routine
• Positive thinking and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a manufacturing and cold room environment in a poultry handling facility.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday – Full Day
• Saturday: Alternate Saturdays
