Architectural Supervisor

Job Duties • Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer. • Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings. • Plan and coordinate the site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractors’ supervisors. • Ensuring works carried out are complying with Safe Work Procedures. • Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage. Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. • 3 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project. • Possess strong flair for construction drawings. • Candidate with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects are also welcomed. • Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
