Job Summary Join Debia as a Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition, build client relationships, and collaborate with operations and compliance teams to implement innovative payment solutions, contributing to our growth across ASEAN markets. Responsibilities • Identify, engage, and close new merchant and corporate client accounts to drive business acquisition • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a positive onboarding experience • Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to implement payment solutions smoothly and efficiently • Achieve and exceed sales targets to support Debia’s growth and market expansion • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine and sharpen sales strategies Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term client partnerships Other Information • 📍 Location: Singapore • 💼 Employment Type: Full-time
