Mechanic / Technician (Marine Service)

• Well Established Company • Basic $1,500 - $2,500 + Allowances + OT + AWS + VB • Working location: Tuas • Working Days: 5.5 days • Working Hours: • Monday - Friday : 8.00am - 5.00pm • Saturday: 8.00am - 12.00pm Job Descriptions: • Travel to shipyards and vessels to carry out service and repair work . • Test and check marine engines, generators, and electrical systems. • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhaul of main engines and generators. • Carry out equipment calibration at customer sites and in-house. • Complete service reports, timesheets, repair records, and other required documents. • Follow manufacturer service manuals and proper repair procedures. • Complete service jobs efficiently and within the required time. • Keep the work area clean, safe, and tidy. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Certificates, diploma or equivalent qualification. • Proven work experience as a marine mechanic will be a plus. • Ability to work offshore and in engine room onboard vessel.
