Find out more about us at likka.sg Role Overview As a Marketing & Operations Intern , you’ll play a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives (60%) and operational processes (40%). This dynamic role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, campaign management, influencer partnerships, and behind-the-scenes operations like supply chain coordination. We are looking for someone who is available for a 6 month full-time internship (school internships/attachments welcome). Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Marketing • Ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and Lemon8. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, livestreams and web platforms. • Research and engage with influencers aligned with LIKKA’s brand. • Manage influencer collaborations, including negotiations and campaign execution. Operations & Coordination • Daily operation - order fulfilment, inventory organization and management. • Assist in supply chain operations, including coordinating with shipping companies and tracking deliveries. General Support • Assist with photoshoots, graphic design, and video editing as needed. • Support with sampling clothing designs What We’re Looking For • Creative Skills : Familiar with social media platforms, video editing, and digital marketing tools. • Operational Interest : Keen to learn about supply chain management and procurement processes. • Passion for Fashion : Enthusiasm for content creation, storytelling, and women’s fashion. • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.
