Key Responsibilities • The successful candidate will receive structured training to develop digital marketing and customer acquisition capabilities. • Plan and execute digital marketing and customer acquisition campaigns across social media and online platforms. • Develop and manage digital content for the company's social media channels. • Monitor customer enquiries, leads, campaign performance and conversion results. • Manage customer databases and support customer retention initiatives. • Conduct Market and competitor research to identify customer trends and business opportunities. • Coordinate online and offline promotions, partnerships and customer events. • Prepare marketing performance reports and recommend improvements. • Work closely with management and the operations team to support revenue and brand growth objectives. Requirements • Interested in digital marketing, social media and customer engagement. • Willing to learn and undergo structured on-the-job training under the Career Conversion Programme. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Basic computer and social media knowledge. • Responsible, organised and able to work well with others. • Experience in the beauty, wellness, retail or customer service industry would be an advantage. • Prior digital marketing experience is not required.
