Job Summary Join Singapore's largest student care as a Student Care Teacher to guide and mentor children, ensuring their safety, academic support, and character development in a fun, engaging setting. Responsibilities • Deliver PlayFACTO character development programs and engaging activities to Primary 1 to 6 students to foster holistic growth • Ensure safe and punctual transfer of students from schools to the student care centre, including picking up students from nearby schools • Maintain children’s safety and well-being throughout their time at the centre • Supervise and guide students to complete their daily homework accurately and on time • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to report on children’s progress and behaviour • Perform administrative tasks and maintain upkeep of the centre premises to support smooth operations • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Centre Head to meet centre needs Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience working with children is preferred; training will be provided for candidates without experience • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support bilingual learning and parent communication • Ability to guide Primary 1 to 6 students in English, Chinese, Maths, and Science subjects • Demonstrate genuine care and mentorship for children • Exhibit good communication skills and maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges • Show reliability and uphold strong ethical standards • Hold A-level or Diploma qualifications or WSQ student care certification and above Other Information Benefits • Established Student Care Centre • AWS and 5-day work week • 14 days annual leave • Medical benefits How to apply: Email CV to director.jwsc@playfactoschool.com.sg Please include your educational and work background, last working experience (if any), reason for leaving, last drawn salary, and availability date.
