Office & Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. The role encompasses office administration, reception and visitor support, facilities coordination, vendor management, meeting arrangements, and basic accounting administration. Key Responsibilities • Manage front desk, visitor registration, incoming calls, and general enquiries. • Coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, catering, and company events. • Maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and procurement records. • Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers for office maintenance and operational support. • Coordinate mail, courier services, and document deliveries. • Support facilities management, workplace safety, and office compliance requirements. • Maintain invoice records, payment registers, and supporting documentation for finance and audit purposes. • Assist with administrative reporting, filing, and record management. • Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements • Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline. • 3-5 years of experience in office administration, operations, facilities, or corporate services. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. • Meticulous, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
