Order Management Executive

The tasks and responsibilities for this position include: • Supporting Sales Team when required • Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries • Manage factories on order delivery status • Processing Customers’ purchase orders and expediting delivery schedules • Schedule Just-In-Time delivery of goods to improve the usage of resources • Liaise with forwarders on shipping arrangement • Handle customs on import / export regulatory requirements • Co-ordinate with various inter-departments in regards to the orders • Responsible to drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives • Serve as contact point between the suppliers and internal customers • Process billing documentation • Other cognate duties as and when necessary Candidate Profile: • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics. • Experience in order fulfilment, logistics and shipping. Candidates with no experience will also be considered. • Experience in handling shipping and custom clearance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. • Experience working on reports using excel, powerpoint. • Experience in dealing with customers in Global environment. • Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. • Experience in hands on billing system such as Navision, SAP. • Positive mindset with good working attitude and able to work in a team.
