Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Description We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to drive business growth by developing new customers, managing existing accounts and building strong long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, have strong business acumen and be comfortable with frequent client meetings, networking and relationship-building activities. Job Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. • Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and follow-ups. • Understand customers' business needs and identify potential project opportunities. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects to convert opportunities into sales. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and projects. • Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines. • Experience in engineering, electrical, construction, industrial or B2B sales will be an advantage. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships. • Confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting customers and business partners. • Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated. • Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
