Trade Support Analyst (1-year Contract)

About the Company A leading global corporate and investment financial institution. About the Job • Act as the initial operational touchpoint and control line for trading and sales desks. • Cross-check and verify that all transactions are accurately recorded in systems on the day they occur. • Carry out and supervise daily middle-office duties, including: • Deal entry verification and monitoring. • Handling trade inputs, adjustments, and cancellations in alignment with operational rules. • Administering lifecycle events such as fixings, exercises, contract expirations, compressions, and novations. • Addressing and resolving transaction-related questions and system discrepancies. • Executing additional duties assigned by department leadership. • Highlight operational risk points in daily tasks and work with managers to improve routines and control frameworks. • Assist leadership with middle-office projects, system enhancements, process updates, and new business onboardings. Skills and Requirements • Prior operational experience in trade support or middle office. • Familiarity with trade processing, lifecycle event management, and booking controls. • Strong awareness of operational risk with a focus on procedural accuracy. • Ability to collaborate on workflow enhancements and system updates.
