AI Product Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of intelligent transaction tools, customer service solutions and compliance automation products. Key Responsibilities • Define the product strategy, roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered products. • Identify suitable AI use cases across customer service, operations, risk management and internal productivity. • Convert business needs into clear product requirements and user journeys. • Coordinate engineering, data, design, operations and control functions throughout the product lifecycle. • Design human-review, exception-handling and feedback mechanisms for AI outputs. • Monitor product adoption, response quality, operational efficiency and user satisfaction. • Conduct market research and evaluate relevant AI technologies and service providers. • Ensure AI products meet internal standards for privacy, security, transparency and responsible use. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. • Experience managing technology, data or AI-enabled products. • Strong understanding of product discovery, requirement definition and agile delivery. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. • Professional working proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI agents, large language models, intelligent customer service or process automation. • Experience in financial technology, payments, risk management or real-time transaction products. • Familiarity with model evaluation, data privacy and AI governance. • Experience launching products for international users.
