Product Engineer (NPI)

Senior Engineer / Staff Engineer Preferred Experience • Candidates with experience in both Product Design & Development and Manufacturing Engineering environments will be highly preferred. • Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or Industrial Product Manufacturing is strongly preferred. • Strong expertise in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering , with demonstrated success in driving product excellence throughout the product lifecycle. Job Description • Lead Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness. • Drive Sustaining Engineering activities, including product enhancements, design changes, lifecycle management, and obsolescence mitigation. • Manage Advanced Sourcing and Supplier Development activities to strengthen supply chain capability, quality, and cost performance. • Conduct Failure Analysis , Root Cause Investigations , and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) . • Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to optimize product design and manufacturing efficiency. • Lead Risk Management activities through FMEA, risk assessments, and process control methodologies. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, yield enhancement, and customer satisfaction. • Deliver cost reduction , productivity improvement , and product lifecycle management solutions within regulated manufacturing environments. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to achieve business and customer objectives.
