HR CUM ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Handle daily accounting data entry and maintain proper accounting records. Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and staff claims. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank, supplier and customer account reconciliations. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records. Assist with GST-related documentation and filing. Maintain petty cash and expense records. Assist with monthly closing, audit and tax preparation. Ensure proper filing of invoices and supporting documents. Maintain and update employee personnel records . Prepare employment letters, appointment letters and other HR documents. Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation . Maintain records of work permit/pass expiry dates and assist with renewals. Maintain employee attendance, leave and absence records . Assist with monthly payroll preparation and salary-related documentation. Maintain workers' time cards and overtime records .
