orking Hours: Monday–Friday, 4 PM–12 PM local time Holidays: Follow US stock market holidays Work Arrangement: onsite About the Role We operate a fully automated quantitative trading system focused on intraday US equities. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Trading Operations Associate to monitor our live trading systems during market hours. Your role is to make sure trading operations are running normally, identify issues quickly, and report anything unusual to the team. This is primarily a monitoring and operations role — you will not be responsible for generating trading ideas or developing strategies. What You Will Do • Monitor live trading activity, positions and P&L • Make sure trading systems and strategies are running normally • Identify and report unusual trades, system errors or execution issues • Monitor risk limits and escalate problems quickly • Record incidents and errors in the operations log • Perform simple analysis of trading activity and trade logs • Communicate issues clearly to the engineering/trading team • Prepare a short end-of-day operations summary Tools You may work with: • DAS Trader Pro • Internal trading dashboards • Google Sheets • Trading and signal monitoring tools • Slack / Discord What We Are Looking For • Very strong attention to detail • Calm under pressure • Able to respond quickly to instructions • Responsible and reliable • Comfortable monitoring multiple things at the same time • Able to identify when something looks unusual • Comfortable working independently after training Nice to Have • Experience trading or monitoring financial markets • Basic understanding of US stocks and intraday trading • Experience with automated trading systems • Comfortable reviewing trade logs and identifying outliers Compensation • Competitive base salary based on experience • Performance bonus • Opportunity to grow into a senior trading operations role as the firm expands
