Quantity Surveyor

Job Description • Oversee all cost control activities across multiple projects. • Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in contract management. • Provide advice on cost-effective solutions and potential risks to senior management. • Prepare and consolidate accurate cost estimates and tender documents. • Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain precise pricing and project details. • Evaluate variations, value-engineering proposals, and their corresponding cost implications. • Track and report cost performance throughout the tendering stage. • Review tender and contract conditions, identifying and addressing any commercial risks or uncertainties. • Ensure all tender submissions are completed punctually and comply with required standards and safety regulations. Job Requirement • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. • Possess minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry. • Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position. • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
