Product Manager / Product Consultant
Be Part of Our Success
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Consultant to lead product discovery, strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to validate opportunities, define outcome-driven product strategies, and ensure products deliver meaningful value to users and the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify the riskiest product assumptions and design validation initiatives to test them early.
• Define OKRs, product strategies, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned with business and user needs.
• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate or challenge product hypotheses before development.
• Develop story maps and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Track delivery and product KPIs such as velocity and cycle time, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation to track product performance.
• Analyse post-launch data and user feedback to identify opportunities for iterative product improvements.
• Facilitate product and delivery retrospectives to continuously improve team practices and outcomes.
• Coach and enable client Product Managers through daily pairing, identifying capability gaps and tailoring coaching and enablement accordingly.
• Create psychologically safe environments that encourage learning, collaboration, experimentation, and constructive feedback.
• Facilitate product workshops, demos, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment discussions across complex organisational environments.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of leading product discovery and making evidence-based decisions, including stopping or changing initiatives when the evidence does not support continued investment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Experience with Agile product development, including story mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use research, data, and customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Experience working with product analytics, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers and enabling teams to build sustainable product capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
• Consultancy or client-facing experience is highly desirable.
Qualities We Value
• Customer-focused – You lead with empathy and seek to understand real user needs before defining solutions.
• Outcome-driven – You focus on measurable outcomes and business value rather than simply delivering features.
• Evidence-led – You are comfortable challenging assumptions, testing hypotheses, and pivoting when the evidence calls for it.
• End-to-end ownership – You take responsibility across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative coach – You enjoy enabling others through pairing, mentoring, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
• Intellectually humble – You are open to changing direction when new evidence or insights emerge.
• Strong facilitator – You can bring diverse stakeholders together, create alignment, and foster psychologically safe environments for collaboration and learning.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
