PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description • Plan, manage, and coordinate construction projects from start to completion. • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. • Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, • Manage project costs, materials, manpower, and resources effectively. • Ensure and responsible for all safety and compliance of work on site • Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects. • Coordinate and resolve site issues with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, Clients and Authorities through meetings and/or correspondence • Conduct site meetings and coordinate project activities. • Manage the project site and ensure timely completion Requirements • Diploma in Construction/ Building Management/ Facilities Management and/or Equivalent and/or higher qualifications. • Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries. • Skills and Knowledge: Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin. • Preferably possessed Class 3 license. • Able to work independently. • Able to work as a team. • With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points/Projects.
