Technical Recruiter

Our client, an established Singapore head quartered organization is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, driving efficiency and quality in recruitment processes. Some of the key responsibilities will include: • Manage requisitions independently, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and pre-boarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, selection criteria, and candidate profiles. • Craft job postings, communicate effectively, and represent the company to attract top talent. • Assess candidates for technical competencies, role fit, and organizational alignment. • Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tools or assessments to enhance hiring speed and quality. • Provide salary benchmarks, market trends, and workforce planning support.
