Salon Manager **Award Winning Chain Salon Group **Monthly Training Programmes **Media,Magazines and events styling exposure **Attractive Commission and Bonus scheme JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet. • Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement. • Oversee and assist in operational matters. • Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage. • Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos. • Upsells clients on products and services. • Lead team with exceptional customer service. • Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets. • Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles. • Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times. • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management. • Minimum 5 years of relevant hair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
