Procurement Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Executive to join our rapidly expanding company. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the successful incumbent will be involved in a full suite of Procurement functions. This is a sole contributor role. The key duties and responsibilities of the role include(but are not limited to): • Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders • Liaise with vendors for quotations, pricing, and deliveryschedules • Compare quotations and support cost evaluation • Track order status and ensure on-time delivery • Maintain procurement records, contracts, anddocumentation • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance,operations, logistics) • Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role: • At least 2-3 years’ working experience in strategic sourcing procurement in the Telco industry and familiar with mobile telecommunications network equipment. • Good educational background, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business Administration. • Strong negotiation skill. • Resourceful in sourcing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Able to work as a team across the company.
