Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive A Singapore-based F&B group specialising in food court management and F&B operations is expanding and is looking for an experienced Accounts / Finance professional to join our team. Salary: S$2,500 – S$4,500 per month (depending on experience) Working Days: 5-day work week Benefits: Performance / Year-End Bonus Requirement: Singapore Citizen / PR/ LTVP Key Responsibilities • Handle full set of accounts independently • Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple Pte. Ltd. companies within the group • Handle AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payments and other accounting transactions • Perform separate revenue, cost and P&L accounting for individual food court stalls/outlets • Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports • Prepare management reports as required by management • Handle GST accounting and related filing matters • Prepare and submit financial statements / financial reports • Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretaries and tax agents on annual audits, taxation and related statutory matters • Assist with payroll, CPF, SDL, IR8A and other payroll-related matters • Establish and maintain accurate financial records and proper internal accounting processes Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field • Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts in Singapore • Able to independently prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial reports • Familiar with Singapore GST and basic financial compliance requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software • Able to handle multi-company accounts • Experience in F&B, food court, restaurant, retail or multi-outlet accounting will be an advantage • Good communication skills in English and Chinese for communication with management, stall operators and suppliers • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines About the Role The group currently manages multiple companies and multiple food court / F&B stalls. This is not merely a data-entry role. The successful candidate will be actively involved in company accounting, outlet-level profit and loss reporting, and group financial reporting.
