Production Manager (Semiconductor/High-Volume/Precision)

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and lead production teams to deliver agreed targets for output, quality, efficiency and operating costs. • Review operational performance, identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve throughput, productivity and process stability. • Drive improvement programmes across the production area, working with engineering and frontline teams to enhance processes and overall operational effectiveness. • Develop team capability through structured coaching, skills development and performance management. • Maintain high standards of cleanroom discipline, workplace organisation, safety and adherence to established operating procedures. Requirements: • Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline. • At least 5 years of experience managing production or manufacturing operations within a high-volume, precision manufacturing environment . • Proven experience leading frontline manufacturing teams, including engineers, team leaders and operators. • Strong understanding of production KPIs, process improvement, productivity and quality management. • Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions.
