HR & Admin Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for an organised and responsible individual to provide general administrative support to the whole office , with primary support to the HR, Operations and Logistics departments . Prior experience is not necessary. Training and guidance will be provided , and candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the office. • Assist with Work Permit renewals , employee insurance matters and maintenance of employee records. • Prepare letters, memos and other general correspondence. • Assist with dormitory and accommodation arrangements for foreign employees. • Maintain and update records, trackers, filing and other documentation. • Attend meetings and assist with taking and preparing meeting minutes . • Assist with the preparation of reports, forms and other administrative documents. • Coordinate and follow up with employees, departments, vendors and external parties when required. • Provide administrative support to HR, Operations, Logistics and Management . • Perform other general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent. • No prior HR experience required; training will be provided. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Able to communicate and write in English. • Organised, responsible and willing to learn. • Good attention to detail and able to follow up on assigned tasks. • Fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply
