Job Summary You will support showroom sales by managing inventory, assisting customers with product features and testing, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience aligned with company policies. Responsibilities • Achieve sales targets by effectively applying company policies and sales techniques • Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting, sorting, and replenishing showroom stock • Report stock discrepancies or damages promptly to supervisors or managers • Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth processes • Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance teamwork and customer satisfaction • Demonstrate clear knowledge of product usage, pricing, and design to assist customers effectively • Respond to telephone inquiries professionally and provide accurate information • Enhance customer confidence by creating a reassuring sales floor experience • Maintain appealing store promotion visuals to attract customer interest • Assist customers in testing merchandise and explain product features and benefits clearly • Stay informed about new and emerging technologies related to products and services • Address customer concerns professionally and offer appropriate solutions to meet their needs • Follow company guidelines to protect confidential information and ensure customer satisfaction • Perform cashiering duties accurately as required Required competencies and certifications • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification • Effective communication and customer service skills • Ability to work retail shift patterns
