Event & Sales Coordinator

Stop clocking in for a "job." Start building an actual skill. Sales is one of the highest-income, most transferable skills there is and most people never get properly trained in it. We will. As an Event & Sales Coordinator, you'll be out at live events and roadshows repping real brands, talking to real people, and closing real sales. Not a call center. Not standing behind a register. Face-to-face, high-energy, target-driven work where your results actually show up in your paycheck. Zero experience required. We teach you the pitch, the product knowledge, the objection handling, everything from day one. What the job actually looks like: • Approach people at events and get them genuinely interested, no robotic scripts • Pitch and sell client products in person, hitting daily and campaign targets • Build quick, real rapport (this is relationship sales, not cold-calling randoms) • Track your own numbers and get coached to actually improve them • Work as part of a team chasing shared goals, you're not out there alone What you get out of it: • Pay and promotions based on performance, not how long you've been there. Good month = you feel it. • Real training in pitching, closing, and objection handling, the kind of skills that transfer to literally any career • A mentor who's done the job and hit the numbers themselves, not just a manager reading a manual • Travel to roadshows and team events • A team that pushes you to hit targets but actually has your back competitive without the toxic energy If you're good with people and want proof of what you're capable of (and a paycheck that reflects it), this is your shot.
