Responsibilites
1. Prepare and cook daily lunch and afternoon tea for 40-70 students at student care centre.
2. Plan a monthly menu that is nutritious, balanced and suitable for primary school children
3. Purchase and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies according to planned menu.
4. Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene and safe food handling at all times.
5. Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment and dining area after each meal.
6. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and dining environment.
7. Monitor food portions and minimise wastage.
8. Work closely with centre team to cater to student's dietary requirements where possible.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
