ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M&E)

Job Summary Support project delivery by managing daily tasks, preparing tender submissions, and coordinating vendor contracts to ensure timely and accurate project progress reporting. Responsibilities • Collaborate with senior team members to manage and deliver project tasks effectively on a daily basis • Provide clear, timely, and accurate information, advice, and reports to the Section Head to support decision-making • Assist in preparing tender submissions by sourcing, negotiating, and awarding contracts to vendors to meet project requirements • Actively manage project deadlines and report progress to supervisors to ensure timely completion Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree qualification • Proficient computer literacy to support project management tasks • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
