Project Coordinator

Job Description: • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules. • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. • Prepare tenders and quotations. • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings. • Ensuring project deadlines are met. • Determining project changes. • Coordinate with the operation department for materials delivery schedule. • Undertaking project tasks as required. • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: • Diploma qualification • At least 5 years' experience in construction • Good presentation and communication skills • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Computer literate with good general PC skills • Class 3 driving licence
