ASSIST PROJECT DIRECTOR

• Orchestrate project lifecycle strategies, Master Construction Programmes (using CPM, Primavera P6, or MS Project), and critical path milestones across multiple project phases. • Manage multi-million dollar project budgets, cash flow forecasting, variation orders (VOs), and contract negotiations alongside Quantity Surveying (QS) teams. • Supervise Main Contractors, MEP teams, and specialized consultants to ensure structural work matches blueprints, approved shop drawings, and strict quality specifications. • Act as a senior liaison between government authorities, clients, architects, and joint-venture partners to resolve critical logjams and design discrepancies. • Champion zero-harm safety cultures, ensuring all operations strictly adhere to local statutory codes, environmental regulations, and building authority permits. • • Proactively identify engineering constraints or supply chain risks, implementing aggressive mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
